Chennai: Actor Kamal Haasan has welcomed megastar Rajinikanth on Sunday and has given him best wishes.

Rajinikanth announced the formation of his political party on Sunday and the elections in all the 234 seats of the state in the forthcoming assembly elections. He also said that he is not coming to politics for power and he will do spiritual politics.

Welcoming Rajinikanth by tweeting Kamal, Kamal said, "Congratulations to Rajinikanth's social concerns and to enter politics. Welcome."
