Come closer to the release date of 'Padmavat', increase the protest against the army, performs outside the censor board office
Sri Rajput Karani army workers protested outside the Central Film Certification Board (CBFC) office on Friday to protest against the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film 'Padmavat'.
New Delhi: The protesters protested outside the Central Board of Film Certification Board (CBFC) office on Friday protesting the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film 'Padmavat' on Friday. The police took some workers with them.
Under the leadership of Sukhdev Singh Gogameri, members of the Rajput organization expressed their displeasure by gathering outside the CBFC office to allow the release of the controversial film.
A member of Karani army, Jeevan Singh Solanki told IANS: "We will not allow the film to be released in the country in any situation, some states already agree with us and therefore have restricted the film. The film wants to be banned. "
Solanki said, "We will not stop, but rather we are going to urge our Prime Minister to ban the film because the film will ruin the heritage and culture of the Rajput community, and the filmmaker has played with the feelings of Rajputs."
When asked if he would like to see the film before the release of the film in order to overcome the suspicion, he said, "Our community has been shown to be completely wrong in the film, we do not want to see this movie. The ban should take place. "
Karan Sena spokesman Virendra Singh told IANS on Friday that members of the organization and members of other Rajput organizations were also gathered to protest here.
BFC has approved the release of five amendments and the name of the film from 'Padmavati' to 'Padmavat'. It is being released in India on January 25, although it will not be released in Rajasthan.
After consultation with the CBFC in consultation with the three-member advisory panel, the film has received a green flag with a U / A certificate.
