Siddhartha, on the box office clash of 'Ayyarhi' and 'Paddman', says, "It is going to create irritability".

Siddharth Malhotra, on the box office clash of 'Ayyarhi' and 'Paddman', which will be released on 9th February, says that it is about to cause irritation but it is now too late.

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra, who plays the lead role of Ayyarri, believes that box office clash between 'Ayyar' and Akshay Kumar's 'Padman' could be stopped on 9th February. He said that, however, now everything can be expected to be good. Aiyari, a patriotic man, was being released on January 25 to take advantage of the long weekend on Republic Day.

Earlier, Padman, which was being released on the same day, was going to get a clash at the box office. After the final verdict of 'Padmavat' to be released on January 25, makers of 'Ayyar' have released the date of release of their film to avoid collision with 'Padmavat' and 'Paddman' on February 9.

After this, Akshay Kumar also released the release date of his film on February 9, in support of film producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali and on his insistence to save 'Padmavat' from any confrontation. Again, 'Ayyari' and 'Paddman' once again came face-to-face at the box office.

Asked about this, Siddharth said to IANS, "Yes, it is going to create irritability but it is too late now, what can we do now? Look, we have declared the release date first. The producers told the release date of their film. We were so uninterested that we avoided the release of our film to avoid confrontation. "
He said, "This situation could have been avoided before, they could stop their release dates while respecting others." I did not expect the producers of 'Padman' to release their film with our film. , Especially for the second time. We thought we would release our film alone.
He said, "In the end, whatever the fate of the film will be, will be the same." We are confident about our film, its own audience.

In 'Ayyar', Siddharth plays the role of an army officer who has ideological differences with his senior officer. Senior officer's character Manoj Bajpei is playing Rakul Preet Singh, Anupam Kher and Niriruddin Shah have also played prominent roles in the film.
