This decision of the Supreme Court came on the application against the ban on some states on the film. The Supreme Court, hearing the petition, rejected the state government's decision in which he banned the release of the film.
In fact, the producer of the film had approached the Supreme Court against Bain. Makers said that how can this film be banned after the release of the censor board? Now in this case the filmmakers have got the green signal from the court.
The governments of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Haryana states had stopped showing the film, but now after the court's decision, the film will be released in all these states. The Supreme Court refused to accept the plea of the states to avoid the hearing. The court said- At first glance, this matter is a moratorium on the freedom of expression. When the Central Film Certification Board has given permission to the film, the state can not be stopped. The court has told the state governments that the safety of the people related to the film's performance is their responsibility.
The next hearing of this case will be on March 26.
