Mumbai : Actor Bollywood actor Anupam Kher, who has acted in more than 500 films in his career for more than three decades, says that playing former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has been the hardest part of his career. Anupam talked to the media during the Master Dinanath Mangeshkar Smruti Pratishthan Awards-2012 on Tuesday.
Asked whether he had completed shooting of an ambitious film 'The Accidental Prime Minister', Anupam said, "No, only 40 percent of the shoots have been completed. I have studied the character of Manmohan Singh for four months and it is a very difficult character, which I am playing. I hope the audience will see their journey on the screen soon. "
Anupam received special honors for the contribution of Indian theater and cinema to the award ceremony.
