Sunil Grover to play the lead in Vishal Bharadwaj's Chhuriyaan

Sunil Grover is currently seen hosting Dhan Dhana Dhan alongside Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde.

Ace comedian Kapil Sharma is going through the bad phase of his life, but it seems that his rival Sunil Grover is on cloud nine. Yes, after his show Dhan Dhana Dhan received positive response from the viewers, he is all set to play the male lead in Vishal Bharadwaj's next comedy-drama Chhuriyaan. The movie also features Dangal actress Sanya Malhotra and TV actress Radhika Madan.

Interestingly, Sunil is not paired opposite both the ladies. Actor Vijay Raaz will be seen playing the father of both the actresses. Vishal revealed to leading daily, Mumbai Mirror that he is very happy to cast Sunil in his film.

Mumbai Mirror quoted Sunil as saying, “I am very happy to have Sunil Grover and Vijay Raaz as the two unconventional male leads of my film. Sunil plays a crucial and major part and I was surprised to know what a big star he is," he said, adding that "He (Sunil) is a wonderful actor and person. I have noticed that everyone is eager to interact with him and now I am eager to shoot a great part with him too.”

Talking about the film, the director said that actors are learning Rajasthani dialect and he is working on a five six-song album that will have Rajasthani flavour. He is also looking forward to filming a dance number for the movie.
