BlackBuck Poaching Case: Salman Khan leaves from Jodhpur Court, next hearing on 17th July
New Delhi:  Today Salman Khan appeared in Jodhpur Court in case of Kankani black deer case. The hearing of this case has been postponed and now its next hearing will be on July 17. In this case, Salman was sentenced to five years' sentence. At present, he is out on bail. Sessions court had told the court on May 7 during the hearing of the appeal against the sentence. It was decided in the hearing that their appeal is accepted or not? Salman was rushed to Jodhpur on Sunday evening for a muscle in the court.

On April 5 last year, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jodhpur District Presiding Officer, Devkumar Khatri, sentenced Salman Khan to five years in a nearly two-decade old black deer hunting case. Along with this, he also imposed a fine of ten thousand rupees. At the same time, in this case, co-accused Saif Ali Khan and actress Neelam, Sonali and Tabu were acquitted on the benefit of doubt.

After the punishment, Salman Khan was taken into custody. After that, Salman stayed in jail until April 7. On April 7, the District and Sessions Court granted them conditional bail while banning the trial of the lower court pronounced against Salman Khan. Sessions Court judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi had granted Salman bail on two rupees of 25-25 thousand rupees. Along with this, Salman was banned from going abroad without the permission of the court. In the past, Salman went abroad only with permission from the court. Along with this Salman's trial court challenged the decision to sentence a five-year sentence while convicting it in the case. His petition was heard today.

CJM Devkumar Khatri, who has been sentenced to Salman, and District and Seven Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi, who has been granted bail, have been transferred. Now the district and sessions judge Chandrakumar Sonarga will hear the case in the case of Salman.
