Check bounce case: Karkardooma court sentenced actor Rajpal Yadav to 6 months sentence

New Delhi:  Rajpal Yadav convicted in check bounce case, Delhi's Karkardooma court sentenced him to 6 months. However, shortly after Rajpal Yadav got Bell from the court. Let us tell you that in this case, the court had also convicted his wife, but no information about his sentence has yet been revealed. Rajpal Yadav has seven cases of check bounce on the list.

Explain that the provisions in which the Rajpal Yadav, his wife and his company have been convicted, provided maximum punishment of up to 2 years. Delhi's Karkardooma court on April 13 convicted Rajpal Yadav's wife and his company. 

Rajpal Yadav had taken a loan of Rs 5 crore for the film 'Ata Laxata' in 2010, but he did not return the loan but the checks given for returning the loan were checked bounced. 

Significantly, he was convicted in seven cases involving a check bounce, including his company and wife. The company based Laxmi Nagar Murali Projects Pvt Ltd had registered seven different complaints related to check bounce against Yadav and others. The complainant said that Rajpal Yadav had asked for help in completing his film in April 2010 under the name 'Ata Laxata'.

after this, on 30 May 2010 there was a fire between the two and gave them a loan of Rs. 5 crore to the accused. The complainant was to pay Rs 8 crore to Rajpal Yadav.
