New Delhi:  Jodhpur Court has convicted self-styled godman Asaram to rap from a minor. Five years after the allegation, the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe courts of Jodhpur convicted them in this case along with other accused. Meanwhile, a picture of PM Modi is being viral on Asaram with social media these days. Both PM Modi and Asaram are seen together on this stage in this picture. The opposition is continuously targeting the government with the help of this picture. Now Farhan Akhtar is the first such celebrity who has come to the defense of PM Modi.

Today, Farhan Akhtar wrote on social media, "So, Asaram is a child rapist and he has been convicted. But you stop sharing his photographs with PM Modi. It is not a crime to click a photo with Asaram before he exposes. Let us be neutral and give them the benefit of doubt, as we did not know about Asaram's reality. "
