FIR filed against Jitendra in 47-year-old sexual assault case

Police registered an FIR in the 47-year-old case of sexual assault against Bollywood actor Jitendra. Jitendra, who has accused him in the relationship, seems to be his sister

Shimla: Shimla Police filed an FIR in the 47-year-old sexual assault case against Bollywood actor Jitender. Jitendra, who has accused him in the relationship, seems to be his sister. On this basis the police has registered the case. In the complaint filed before the Director General of Police in February, the woman had alleged that this incident was done in Shimla in January, 1971, when she was 18 years old and Jitendra was 28 years old.

Superintendent of Police Ompati Jamwal said that an FIR has been registered against the actor and the matter is being investigated. The sources said that the police can call the complainant's statement to record and later the actor can also call for recording the statement.

The woman says that Jitendra is the son of his aunt. He told that Jitendra arranged for his coming from Delhi to Shimla on the sets of the film where his film was being shot.

The woman has alleged that after reaching Shimla, the drunken actor came in his room and sexually abused him at night. However, Jitendra has denied any such incident. Jitendra's real name is Ravi Kapoor.
