In the check bounce case, Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav was convicted by the Karkardooma court of Delhi, sentenced to 6 months imprisonment, and imposed a fine of 11.2 million.
New Delhi: Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav in a check bounce case, sentenced to six months imprisonment by the Karkardooma court of Delhi and also imposed a fine of 11.2 million. Rajpal Yadav, along with his wife, was fined a total of Rs 7 lakh even though he was not sentenced to any kind of sentence.
Rajpal Yadav got bail from the court shortly after the punishment was pronounced, as per the law, if the sentence is less than 3 years then the culprit is granted bail for appealing in the upper court.
